Franciska Neuhäuser (Balance Me)

Supporting adults through anxiety, overwhelm, grief, trauma, and life’s challenges with compassion, curiosity, and meaning making

Are you feeling distressed, lost, anxious, or overwhelmed? When life moves in unexpected ways, it can be difficult to cope, let alone feel calm or clear. My role is to support you in easing the mental and emotional suffering that can arise during challenging times.

Drawing on training in Counselling, Psychology, and NLP, I support adults to overcome anxiety, overwhelm, burnout, grief, trauma, and low mood. Together we work toward restoring confidence, rebuilding self-esteem, and cultivating more balanced, meaningful relationships.

Offering a safe, respectful, and non-judgmental space, I support clients to explore their experiences and navigate the challenges they are facing. I work with adults of all ages and welcome people from diverse cultural, spiritual, sexual, gender, and neurodiverse communities.

My work is grounded in compassion, curiosity, and meaning making. Therapy is tailored to the individual, because every person’s story and needs are unique.
