My approach is person-centred talk therapy, based on my belief that you are the expert in your own life and experiences. I primarily use Narrative Therapy, which looks at the stories, experiences, and beliefs that have shaped your life. Together, we can explore what has happened, what matters to you, and the strengths you already have. I provide a safe, honest, and non-judgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and accepted.
