Chloe Osborne

Online Psychotherapist

I offer individual psychotherapy over telehealth currently.

My aim is to provide a safe, collaborative, thoughtful, and non-judgemental space for deeper self-understanding, personal growth, and meaningful, sustainable change.

Counselling/therapy approach

I practise psychodynamically, supporting you to explore how past experiences and unconscious patterns may be influencing your current thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Together we’ll develop insight into where these dynamics have shaped ways of being, both strengths and also ways that may no longer be fit for purpose, and safely work towards change. Grounded in a humanistic philosophy, I believe that within a safe, supportive, and collaborative therapeutic relationship, people can find their own answers, overcome difficulties, and develop healthier ways of relating to themselves and others.

Experience and background

I have been practising psychotherapy since 2019, and have worked at HELP Auckland since 2022. I have experience supporting adults with trauma, neurodiversity, family violence, experiences related to sex work, and student-specific challenges. My background in these areas guides how I work in a trauma informed, authentic, and compassionate way with all difficulties one may encounter in life.
