Olga supports individuals and couples who are navigating anxiety, depression, trauma and relationship difficulties. These experiences can show up in many ways, such as procrastination, shame, self-criticism or perfectionism, and can leave us feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unheard. Perhaps, you notice that your usual coping strategies are no longer working or that things feel confusing and hard to make sense of.
Whatever you are going through, you do not have to face it on your own. Olga offers a warm, compassionate space where you can feel heard, make sense of your experiences and look for new ways to ease distress, build understanding, and support change.
Olga’s approach is grounded in evidence-based therapies, including EMDR (Advanced), Internal Family Systems (IFS), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), and Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT). In couples work, Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) is integrated with other approaches. Each session is tailored to your needs.
Olga brings a strong academic background in psychology, along with experience across a range of mental health and justice settings in the UK and Aotearoa New Zealand. Olga values the richness of different cultures and perspectives, shaped in part by her own experience of living in different countries and communities.
