I work with children, young people and adults who are navigating life’s challenges and transitions. Whether they’re experiencing change, feeling overwhelmed, or working through difficult experiences. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space where we can unpack what needs unpacking together. I help clients develop practical tools and strategies they can add to their kete, empowering them to build resilience, gain insight, and move forward with greater confidence.
I also provide professional supervision for both counsellors in training and qualified counsellors.
Every person is different, so I take a creative approach to therapy. I work with a range of methods such as Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS), Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT), sand tray, and play therapy to create a space where clients can explore, heal, and grow at their own pace.
I’m grateful to do work that helps people feel heard, understood, and supported through life’s challenges. I believe we all have the answers within us. My role is to provide a safe, supportive space to explore life’s challenges, process experiences, and help you discover the tools and strengths you need to move forward with confidence.
