Life doesn’t always go the way we expect. At times, it can feel overwhelming, leaving us stressed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, or finding it difficult to cope with life’s challenges. You may be experiencing emotional difficulties, relationship problems, workplace stress, low self-esteem, grief, addiction, a major life transition, or simply feeling stuck.
Whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to go through it alone. With over 20 years experience in the counselling field I draw upon a range of approaches to help you navigate life’s challenges and work towards making positive change. I provide a warm, supportive, and non-judgemental space where you can talk openly, feel heard, and better understand yourself. Together, we’ll make sense of what you’re experiencing, explore new perspectives, and develop practical strategies to help you move forward with greater confidence and resilience.

Counselling offers a safe and supportive space to explore life’s challenges, emotional difficulties, relationship concerns, or ongoing patterns that may be causing stress, overwhelm, or distress. Counsellors each have their own ways of working with people, so it is helpful to find the right ‘fit’ of counsellor for your individual needs and goals.
Counselling can be helpful for anyone feeling emotionally or mentally overwhelmed, stuck, anxious, struggling in relationships, navigating life changes, or wanting greater self-understanding and healthier coping strategies.
The first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other, discuss what has brought you to counselling, and explore what support you are looking for. We will also talk about your goals and whether we feel like the right fit to work together.
Yes. Counselling is confidential, with some legal and ethical exceptions where there may be concerns about safety or risk of harm to yourself or others. These will be discussed with you during the counselling process
This varies depending on your individual needs and goals. Some people seek short-term support, while others benefit from longer-term counselling and ongoing personal growth work.
