The building is tenanted by a number of therapists and is a friendly space to work in. Hagley Park and good coffee options are within a few minutes’ walk. There is a shared reception area, staff kitchen/break room, and bathroom with shower. Client parking is available, including space for bikes and scooters, and there is good access via public transport.

Available:

• All day Mondays and Fridays (and weekends)
• Wednesdays and Thursdays from 5.00 pm

Rates:

• $80 incl GST for full day
• $40 incl GST for half day
• Rates may be negotiable for therapists in training
• Includes power, fast Wifi, and cleaning.
