Whether you need an attentive space to process what is happening, or you want to build a targeted, practical plan of action to overcome your complaints, our sessions are tailored to your specific goals.
Practice Details
In-person sessions from my home office on Don Buck Road, Massey, or nationwide online via secure video calls.
- The 15-minute call is a brief, informal opportunity for us to connect via phone or video.
- You can briefly share what you are hoping to get out of therapy, and you can ask me any questions about how I work.
I- t is completely pressure-free and simply designed to ensure we are a good professional fit before you commit to a full session.
- Our first session is an initial assessment where we will discuss your history, current situation, and what specific emotional stress or difficulties you want to address.
- My approach follows a collaborative framework of "Talking, Reflecting, Planning, and Acting."
- There is no pressure to share everything right away; we will work entirely at a pace that feels safe and comfortable for you.
- Sessions are 50 minutes long.
- The fee is $160 per session, payable via online bank transfer or cash.
