I’m Claire Welch, a counsellor offering online counselling for individuals and couples across New Zealand, with in-person counselling also available on the Hibiscus Coast.
I believe we all carry our own inner wisdom and a real ability to heal. My job is to walk alongside you while you find it.
I came to this work through my own experience of hard times and healing, and that shapes how I sit with people. I’m not above you with all the answers. I’m alongside you.
I’m also a wife and a mum to three teenagers, so I know how full and tiring life can get.
I offer a space where you can be yourself, met with curiosity, acceptance and care, and supported to move through whatever feels stuck.
