Counselling/Therapy Services

Having someone with us while in distress can help us find a way through. Psychotherapy can help forge awareness around patterns of our behaviour and the way we relate with others. I see my job as helping you to navigate whatever might be happening for you. This requires some sharing in terms of your experience, history and current circumstances. In turn, I offer a confidential, warm, kind, direct and open psychotherapeutic approach.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

My training is in Psychodynamic psychotherapy, although I have also trained in Narrative Therapy. I also utilise Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) techniques and skills.

Background and Experience

Since 2010 I have worked in a variety of settings in multiple therapeutic positions with men and women, including Alcohol and Drug Rehabilitations both in the community and in a Correctional Setting.
