Counselling/Therapy Services

I believe that every person has the ability to make positive changes in their life. If someone is ready to make changes but does not know how, therapy can be a good avenue to explore. I can help you identify what you want to be about when faced with difficult experiences, gain greater self-awareness, learn new skills and  re-integrate things that have helped make life better in the past.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

I work predominantly with ACT, CBT, Mindfulness and Compassion-based approaches.

Background and Experience

I have worked specifically with harmful gambling and other addictions, managing chronic pain and health conditions, sexual pain, performance anxiety, low sexual desire, transgender health, gender affirming heath-care and treatment, bereavement/grief and loss and approaching end-of-life with dignity.
