Counselling is based upon drawing inner wisdom from within; working with you to make decisions, listen to your story, and walk beside you. The most important part of therapy is feeling like there is a fit between you and the therapist. You should feel that you can open up and talk about anything you need to. See my website
for more info.

Caregiver or parent seeking support for your young person?
Please get in touch for a chat, we can talk about what may best suit your young person and their individual circumstances.
If you are unsure about your needs, please don’t hesitate to call.
I use a broad range of techniques which are carefully selected to fit your specific needs. I work with a solution-focused and strengths-based approach. These may include the integrated use of DBT (Dialectical Behavioural Therapy) and CBT (Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) techniques and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), narrative therapy, motivational interviewing and trauma informed approaches. My approach is culturally aware, and I will endeavour to meet your needs in the counselling process.
