Background and Experience
Originally, I trained and deployed overseas as a New Zealand Defence Force Medic. During this time I developed an interest in psychological wellbeing and its effects on physical health, which lead to a change of career. Since becoming a psychologist, I have worked alongside Children, adolescents and adults, in a government funded setting as well as privately. I am experienced in working with anxiety related disorders, depression, grief and loss, trauma and abuse, as well as maternal mental health difficulties.
