I am firmly of the view that self knowledge sets us free. It takes some measure of bravery to embark on this journey, but we proceed with gentleness and curiosity, together.

Counselling/Therapy Services

I offer counselling and psychotherapy services. You may have a long standing issue that is keeping you stuck in repetitive and unsatisfying patterns, a more immediate crisis that is causing you distress, or you may not quite know what the cause is, but you do know you are not feeling as good about your life as you would like to.

I can help you to become more aware of your inner emotional landscape, to make sense of your experiences, and to grow psychologically and emotionally so that you are freer to make choices that can lead to a happier and more satisfying way of living.

Counselling/Therapy Approach

We are all a work in progress, and sometimes life can be very hard. Talking with an experienced professional like myself, where you are not judged, and whatever you bring is met with kindness and curiosity, creates a space for new possibilities to emerge.

Background and Experience

I have been working as a counsellor and therapist now for 16 years. I have never stopped learning, which is one reason I love this work. I consult with a Clinical Supervisor on a weekly basis, which is both an important part of my ongoing learning, and an ethical commitment to safe and best practice for my clients.
