Children, adults, families.
Areas of Special Interest
I can offer you support with depression, anxiety, autism, behavioural problems, work place stress, general life stressors, or any other life challenges you may be experiencing.
I will work with you to give you skills to manage your difficulties now and in the future so you'll be better prepared to live the life you want. This process is guided by working with therapies that have proven to be effective, that meet your needs, and your goals.
I use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Mindfulness techniques. I use therapies that best support your needs, which may include an integrated approach.
