Adolescents, adults, couples, families, groups.
Areas of Special Interest
I undertake general counselling topics as well as being a specialist in Autism and a Supervisor
I believe we can all move forward and sometimes it is good to stop, see how we got here so we can decide what to do next to get the future we would like. I walk with you through this exploration process, letting you confidentially share your inner being and guiding you to explore who it is you really want to be. This can be in a one on one, couple or family setting.
If you have Autism or are a family member or work colleague of someone who has Autism I can help you understand Autism better and help with tools to cope with and enjoy life more on an everyday level.
I use an Integrative Counselling approach, as well as being trained in Person Centred, CBT, Psychodynamic, Behaviourist, Coaching and Integrative approaches.
