I work in Paekakariki and Wellington in business hours. Currently I have some availability on weekends and evenings, please contact to discuss.


$150 per hour. Some negotiation available for genuine need.

Payment Options

Cash at the end of appointments, or by bank transfer completed on the day of the appointment.

Areas of Special Interest

I provide Counselling for individuals and couples, and Clinical Supervision for clinicians, including social workers, counsellors, youth workers, residential workers, and anyone working to assist people in their lives.


Counselling/Therapy Services

I work with couples and individuals. Issues addressed include grief, depression, anxiety, life crises, PTSD, trauma, childhood issues, abuse, transitions, communication skills.


Counselling/Therapy Approach

Research consistently shows that a successful relationship is the most important factor in change, in therapy. I have had training in Transactional Analysis, Psychodrama, ACT, DBT, CBD, and mindfulness. All these models provide options to meet each clients needs in a unique approach, rather than one size fits all.

Background and Experience

I have worked in the area of mental health and well being for all of my adult life. For fifteen years, I worked as a psychiatric nurse in Porirua Hospital, then in 1990 I began working as a counsellor and later as a clinical supervisor. I have worked with people from all walks of life, and a wide range of issues.


Supervision Services

I provide supervision for anyone involved in working with people. I have supervised nurses, social workers, youth workers, residential workers, managers, and people in various roles in NGO's.

I believe supervision is critical in ensuring professional and informed service delivery, alongside developing self awareness and skills..
