Supervision Services

I am passionate about supporting people to be grow in their work, and also in themselves. I believe that supervision should be an enjoyable process, with the benefits of an authentic supervisory relationship, that includes doses of humour and buckets full of empathy.

I come from a strength based model, with the belief that when we focus on what a person is strong in, and build on that, then a person is able to flourish into the best version of themselves both personally and professionally. This increasing a person’s overall confidence and enjoyment of life and work.

Within supervision, I work exploring the topic that a person brings, and helping a person to find their own answers. Depending on a persons personality, I facilitated this in either an organic way, or in a structured framework.

I have a wealth of experience in working with a wide range of people and issues, as well as managing mental health and physical risks, and can use this to support the conversation when appropriate.
