Online counselling: $110 per 50 minute session.
Counselling & psychotherapy (face-to-face): $130 per 50 minute session.
Art Therapy (face-to-face): $140 per 50 minute session.

I offer short-term & long-term psychotherapy, art therapy and online counselling. My approach is integrative and holistic, this means I work with the mind, body, emotions, financial and spiritual parts of your life, using different modalities that change to adapt to your needs.  Most importantly, I work with you,  for  you - because I don't believe I know all the answers, I believe you already have what you need and together we will find those tools, for you to equip for the betterment of your self, your wellbeing and your relationships.

Online Counselling:
I currently work with most clients online. Online counselling consists of live video chat, video phone call, counselling email and live messenger. Counselling online has its additional benefits such as eliminating location restrictions, mobility issues for disabled clients and eliminating travel time. I also work with clients in person, who then move online because of location changes. Plus, I can pass on savings from no-room bookings to you!


Counselling/Therapy Approach

Art Therapy:
Art Therapy is similar to talking therapy, except with the added benefits of using art materials to express, process and understand your emotions, issues and sense of self.  Clients do not need to always to make art in sessions and do not need to have any experience with art making.

Using art, we put negative ‘stuff’ onto something outside of us, which taps into parts of the brain that are not controlled by conscious thought, such as reading and talking. This creative side of the brain can access deep memories that are suppressed and hidden, allowing us to safely explore and resolve them together.

Art Therapy can also be adapted to online counselling work. Please get in touch for more details.

Background and Experience

My experience ranges in working with adults, adolescents and children one-to-one, in groups, communities, charity settings, public and independent schools and in behavioural services. Also as a culture enthusiast, I have travelled and been involved community development programs, charity and projects for over 8 years, including international support for projects in Brazil and Japan.

I often work with culturally & ethnically diverse or marginalised clients who feel ‘different’. From conflicts within race, feminism, masculinity, religion (Christianity, Islam etc.) and other spiritualities, to members of the LGBTQIA community, our time together is aimed to create a safe space for you bring the awkward, the confusing and difficult issues.
