A single Therapy room ideal for a Psychologist / Counsellor

I am a registered Psychologist and am currently practicing from my home practice in Glendowie (East Auckland, close to St Heliers and Kohimarama). I have a spare room available in the practice for another psychologist / counsellor looking to rent either full time or part time. I would prefer to offer the space to ideally one or perhaps 2 practitioners at most.

The practice is completely separate to the house for good privacy.  It is one room and it is elegantly furnished.  The room is very private, has a skylight, sound proof doors,  a heat pump a window with a lovely green (green grass, huge tree and green bushes) view.

The practice has a small reception area, a large cupboard for storage space and you are welcome to bring a small filing cabinet for your room. There is a kettle with teas, coffee and sugar available.  Free wifi is included. I have a wireless printer which you are also welcome to use for a reasonable amount of printing. There is a toilet with a small wash basin just inside the home premises that is easily accessible without needing to go through the house that the therapist and their clients can use. The little bathroom is kept in excellent condition.

Parking is available at the premises for yourself and your clients and off street parking is also available.

Available: full time or part time

Location: 8 Crossfield Road, Glendowie, Auckland

Cost: Price to rent per day is $120. If you are looking for a longer term arrangement, we can negotiate a weekly or monthly amount. I would also be open to more flexible arrangements (e.g. hourly or half day rates).
