We offer individual counselling, relationship counselling, family support, and grief and loss counselling, providing a safe, respectful space where people can be heard, understood, and supported.

Our goal is to help you build resilience, strengthen connections, and move toward healing, clarity, and renewed hope.

Adam is a counsellor who works from a person-centred, relational approach, drawing on Narrative Therapy to support individuals, couples, and families. centred on the belief that people are the experts in their own lives, and aims to create a safe, respectful space where your experiences, values, and stories are honoured.

Adam’s work focuses on collaboration and connection, helping clients explore the stories that shape their lives and discover new, more empowering ways forward. Adam holds a Bachelor of Counselling from Bethlehem Tertiary Institute and brings warmth, curiosity, and care into each therapeutic relationship.
