My approach is interpersonal psychotherapy with dialectical and cognitive behavioural techniques. This involves us working together to address patterns that cause distress in order to foster psychological growth.

I have psychotherapy experience in working with individuals and groups in the public sector as well as in private practice.

- Monday to Friday from 10am to 5.30pm
- Individual session - 60 min
- Couples session - 75 min
