Anchor Within Counselling

My name is Natasha and I am a qualified counsellor registered with NZAC. I work from a relational space, understanding that everyone’s experiences and life situations are unique to them. Life, its expectations and demands can become challenging. Carrying things can become exhausting and we all need someone to talk to. I am here to listen and understand what your situation means to you.

I believe everyone deserves a space where they can talk safely, whether you are navigating anxiety, stress, relationship challenges, loss, cultural pressures or feeling stuck, et cetera. 

I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel daunting. Taking that first step often takes courage. Thank you for being here. My hope is that we can work together at a pace that feels comfortable for you, creating a space where you feel supported, respected and genuinely listened to.

My current days are Thursday and Friday, and I offer after work appointments as well. If another day suits you better, please reach out.

The session fee for an individual is $115.00. The session fee for couples counselling is $135.00.
