I offer face to face counselling as well as online. I provide a calm, safe space for people to work through issues that are causing them difficulties. I believe that sometimes we soar and other times we struggle, my aim is to work with whatever you bring into the room and I will do the best I can to help you move forward in a happier, healthier way.
As a counsellor I have helped people with a variety of issues. Talking about your concerns and being listened to wholeheartedly can really help clarify worries you may be having about relationships, work or life in general. No problem is too big or too small. I don’t have all the answers but I firmly believe that I can help you find a solution that suits you and your life.
I grew up in Scotland and I emigrated in 2003 with my two children and husband. I have worked here in a variety of jobs before realising my passion for counselling. I have a Masters in Counselling and I have attended training courses in Severe Trauma and Stress Recovery, Narrative Therapy, Pluralistic therapy, Miri miri and Romi romi and Self- Compassion. I am passionate about Self-Compassion work and am also available to run courses in this field.
