***ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS***

              ***FACE-TO-FACE AND ONLINE SESSIONS AVAILABLE***

We all know how difficult it can be to start something new. Whether it’s your first time in therapy or not, it’s quite normal to feel a range of different emotions. With this said, sometimes leaning into the process and stepping out of your comfort zone can bring a sense of relief and broaden your perspective on what’s possible. Every one of us is faced with unique struggles and demands that affect how we live our lives. At times, we can feel as if we are walking life’s path alone, but that doesn’t mean we have to. Therapy provides that additional support and guidance to uncover barriers, facilitate options, and choose a value driven direction in life.

I utilize a client-centred approach with the aim of providing a unique and personalized experience to each of my clients. Also, I invite my clients to keep an open mind throughout the therapeutic process, and to visualize a better and well-deserved life moving forward. If working with children, I invite caregivers/guardians to be the voice of those who you care for, and who are limited by their age and awareness about this kind of help/service that they can also benefit from.

At the moment, I offer short and long-term therapy depending on your circumstances and needs. In order to get the most out of treatment, I will encourage you to participate in the process, so that you begin to realize that it’s your voice that matters in facilitating change. It goes without saying that you are completely in charge of the destination of therapy, and my role is to provide you with the tools and support you will need throughout this journey. I strive to be able to create positive changes for those who welcome me into their lives, and for this, I’m not only grateful but humbled by their bravery. I hope that you find the peace that you deserved both in your mind and in your heart through this process.
