This room is suitable for a mental health professional such as a psychologist/counsellor/psychotherapist/psychiatrist.

Centrally located with great public transport access and a few minutes walk from Three Lamps/Ponsonby with many cafes and amenities such as a post shop, banks, other retail shops.

Street parking on College Hill and surrounding streets is available for clients. As a clinician, you will have access to a staff parking space at the back of the office.

The room itself is bright, light, and equipped with an electric adjustable desk to suit your height/ergonomic needs and a heat pump. You will have private access to your kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with cutleries, a kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine. There is plenty of storage space in the kitchen and bathroom.

There is also the possibility of referrals from other practitioners in the office.

Availability: Saturdays, Sundays (whole day only)

Cost:

• $150 inclusive GST
• the rate includes access to the shared waiting room, kitchenette, and unlimited high-speed internet/wifi access.
