I am a clinically trained trauma therapist working with teens, adults and couples.
Clients come to me with the lasting impacts of trauma, anxiety, grief, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. I come to my work having walked through my own wilderness. I don’t just understand trauma, grief and anxiety from textbooks; I have navigated it myself. That lived experience, mixed with the appropriate qualifications, creates a unique depth of empathy.
My goal is to create a space where people can pause, breathe, and gently return to a sense of wholeness, reconnecting with their authentic selves and rediscovering who they have always been beneath the survival.
My approach is person-centred and collaborative, drawing from Narrative Therapy, Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), and Trauma-Informed Practice, while integrating creativity and somatic awareness.
That practice of self-acceptance and courageous healing sits at the heart of my work, and it continues to shape me every day, both as a counsellor and as a person.
