I offer a calm and peaceful counselling space where you can feel safe to slow down, be heard, and share your story at your own pace. My approach is warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental, with a strong person-centred focus that honours your unique experiences and strengths.
I work with both children and adults, and have a particular interest in supporting neurodiverse clients, including those with ADHD and Autism. I also support individuals navigating challenges such as financial or job-related stress, separation and divorce, identity and self-esteem, and major life transitions.
In addition, I work alongside clients experiencing trauma, anxiety, depression, stress, grief and loss, including bereavement through suicide, as well as those struggling with suicidal thoughts.
Together, we can find ways of working that feel meaningful and supportive for you. I draw on a range of therapeutic approaches to meet your individual needs, including Art Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Strengths-Based Practice, and Narrative Therapy.
