My Counselling Approach

My clinical approach is tailored to your needs/goals, using SFT (Solution Focused Therapy) CBT ( Cognitive Behavioural Therapy) ACT (Acceptance Commitment Therapy) and Psychodynamics ( facilitating reflections about past and present life experiences).

 

About Me

I started my career as a Psychologist in Brazil 25 years ago. I’ve been a Registered Counsellor in Australia and New Zealand for the last 6 years,

I have previously worked in a variety of mental health organisations, private practice and more recently in an EAP (Employee Assistance Programme) Services in New Zealand, using brief interventions.
