Cathy Comber Counselling

See your world from a different perspective.

Whether you are coming to me for counselling or coaching, on your own, or with others, the quality of our relationship is an important aspect of your success in your journey of healing, growth and development. My priority is to ensure a safe, nurturing environment where you can trust our relationship so you can be your true self. And if there are more than one of you in the session, I want to assure you of even-handedness—listening to, and caring for each of you, as individuals while seeking to enhance your relationship together.

I bring authenticity, warmth, and empathy to our sessions. I offer gentle yet direct guidance, insights and perspectives and sprinkle these with moments of lightheartedness. I deeply value uniqueness and flexibility, which inspire fostering a collaborative approach to the way we work throughout our journey together.

To value your uniqueness and evolving needs, my approach recognises that what’s effective for you is not necessarily what worked for others, or me. Expanding your choices gives you more opportunities to explore your inner self more deeply.

Our aim is to help you heal and grow by empowering you with wider choices, in and out of counselling. Let’s embark on a transformative journey where you come to know yourself more deeply and align your efforts with your values. Together, we can celebrate your strengths, increased self-awareness, more meaningful relationships and progress in everyday life.
