Spacious and fully furnished therapy office available for 6 months early August to late December 2025.

In Kelburn, Salamanca House which is in the Botanic Gardens so it’s a lovely area for lunch time walks or sessions outside. Very close to the cable car so it’s easy for people to come up from town and parking available close by. Dogs allowed in the building. Not accessible as on the second floor with stairs only.

Shared kitchen and bathrooms with the rest of the building.

Rent is reduced as it is for time-limited period.

• Mon, Wed, Sat, Sun.
• for 6 months early August to late December 2025

Cost:

• $50 a day if one day
• $40 per day if more than 1 day booked
• Negotiable price if using it all 4 days
• Power and internet included.
