I help young people, adults, and families navigate conflict, behavioural challenges, trauma, anxiety, and relationship difficulties, with a particular interest in supporting families where relationships have become strained, overwhelmed, or stuck.
I have several years of experience working alongside parents, caregivers, and young people facing challenges such as family conflict, aggression, school refusal, offending behaviour, substance use, anxiety, and the impacts of family separation. As a parenting specialist, I understand how stressful and isolating it can be when a young person’s behaviour becomes difficult to manage, and I work collaboratively with families to better understand what may be driving these difficulties and what can be done differently.
My approach is practical, down-to-earth, and focused on creating meaningful change. Families often tell me they appreciate my ability to connect with both parents and young people, helping each person feel heard while working together towards solutions that are realistic and achievable.
I also work with adults who have experienced trauma, abuse, and other significant life challenges.
Seeking support can be a difficult step. My goal is to offer a safe, collaborative, and compassionate environment where you can explore what is happening, develop new insights, and move towards the changes that matter most to you.
