This furnished lounge is available at Clayburn House in Glen Eden, a hub for counselling and psychotherapist services.

This light and spacious meeting space has been recently renovated and is suitable for group therapy sessions, or for professional meetings.

The lounge area is approximately 26 sq m, with an adjoining room with table and chairs also available (10 sq m) and included in the hire cost.

Windows open to the garden area outside, allowing natural airflow.  Bathroom and kitchen facilities are available in adjoining rooms.  WiFi is also provided at no extra cost.

The building is set off the road in a pleasant green space with a relaxing ambience.

Only a few minutes’ walk from Glen Eden village, Clayburn House is easily accessible by both bus and train.

Availability: this space is available for hire on Saturdays and Sundays, both daytime and evenings.

• evening (6pm – 10pm)

Cost:

• $50 plus GST for each 4-hour timeslot
