Consulting Suite in Mount Eden available two days per week

I am looking for another clinician to share the use of a consulting suite housed in a one bedroom unit. The suite is available for exclusive use for two days each week.

The unit is furnished, and consists of a consulting room with adjacent kitchen, another room used as an office, plus a bathroom and toilet. It has recently been painted and re-carpeted.

This is a comfortable, quiet and discreet location at the bottom of a right-of-way, accessible from major transport routes. There are views to the West from the consulting room and the office.

Wi-Fi, heat, light and power is included. There is a heat pump in the consulting space.

Off-street parking for one car is available to the renter. Client parking is readily available on the street. Access to the unit is up a flight of stairs, so there is no disabled access.

The driveway to the unit is shared with other properties, and whilst privacy is not an issue, the type of practice needs to be consistent with this type of setting

Available: The suite is available now on Tuesdays and Fridays, although negotiation of these days may be possible. Only half or full days are available.

Cost: $150 per day, $80 per half day..
