A well-presented counselling/therapy room is available one day per week (Mondays) within an established private practice in Hamilton CBD.

The practice includes:

• Two counselling rooms
• Comfortable waiting area
• Access to a large shared kitchen
• Shared bathroom facilities
• Wheelchair accessibility
• Secure, well-lit building
• Dedicated car park included for each practitioner

The practice is located in the Waikato Federated Farmers Building (First Floor), close to cafés, shops, public transport, and the central bus depot. A café is also located on the ground floor.

Availability: Mondays only, available from mid-to-late July 2026

Location: This therapy practice is located in the Waikato Federated Farmers Building on the First Floor.

Cost:

• $60 per day per week, per month
• Includes GST, power, Wi-Fi, and one car park
