Counselling/therapy room available in Hamilton Central Business District

I’m looking for another practitioner to join me at my practice in a great CBD location. This practice has 2 counselling rooms and one waiting room, in an attractive, well-maintained building. The practice has access to a large kitchen, public bathroom, easy parking for visitors. The rental price includes a car park for each practitioner.

This is a very safe building with good lighting in the car park area. The building is close to all amenities, cafes, shops, bus depot and has a café on the ground floor. The building is wheelchair accessible.

Availability:  Fridays only (one day per week)

Location: This therapy practice is located in the Waikato Federated Farmers Building on the First Floor.

Cost: $60 per day
