Counselling Room in the Center of Miramar

In the centre of Miramar there is a room available for counsellors, psychotherapists or psychologists.

The room is spacious enough to see individuals and couples and has lots of natural light. The room comes with a heating panel. The room will be unfurnished, except a table and possibly some shelves. A separate storage space opens from the room.

There are two other rooms in the apartment used by other practitioners, we share the waiting area and the bathroom.

There is separate entrance and exit to provide privacy for clients.

The building is easily accessible on the ground floor.

Free parking is available on the street, bus stops are a minute walk away.

Availability: from 1st October 2023

Cost:

• The rent is $300 per week
• Includes: all the utilities, wi-fi and cleaning of the shared areas.
