Life is full of ups and downs. Sometimes the downs outweigh the ups and life gets overwhelming. Chatting to a counsellor can help free up the gridlock of thoughts and feelings, helping to make sense of stuff to find a way forward.

Approach and experience

I work with a range of modalities; Person Centered and ACT, DBT, CBT and other creative approaches. I am familiar with a broad range of issues. While very experienced working with children, adolescents and young adults (5yo-30yo), I  work with all age groups. I believe deeply in the effectiveness of counselling and would enjoy the opportunity to support you on your journey.
