I was drawn to counselling and social work as I am passionate about social justice and narrowing the gap of inequality in society. Through my personal life experience, I have developed a high level of resiliency, which has led me to want to help others discover their own coping strategies and build their resilience.

This passion for helping others has led me to work in a variety of settings, including working with youth offenders as a Youth Justice Manager, supporting professional rugby players as a Personal Development Manager, bespoke individual counsellor to corporate sector, and counselling children and adolescents in several educational settings and as a counselling supervisor I prioritize enhanced privacy and discretion, ensuring complete confidentiality throughout the therapeutic process.
