I am available for both short and long term therapy. This can be for either life issues that are urgent now, or exploring things that have troubled you for a while.
I offer an honest and caring therapeutic relationship, aimed at knowing yourself really well and creating change in your life. We work on how to see and balance feeling, thinking and embodied parts of self. This leads to less anxiety or low mood, clearer thinking, better emotional awareness and stability, alongside better connection with others.
I see adults, 25 years of age and older.
