Dieter Dvorak

Clinical Psychologist / Chronic Pain Specialist

For more than 20 years, I have been practicing a clinical approach that is called “Psychological Flexibility” which is probably best known under the name of ‘Acceptance and Commitment Therapy’.

Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) is a well-established, highly effective and lasting treatment used to improve a wide range of chronic pain conditions as well as anxiety, grief and depression.

As a Covid and infection safe practitioner a high-quality air filter is being used in the clinic and I will be wearing a mask for in-person appointments.
