Compassionate Clinical Psychology Support

Registered Clinical Psychologist with a compassionate and perceptive approach. Whatever walk of life you might be from, I offer support and skills for psychological change. My aim is to work together to help you: delve into understanding yourself, uncover the psychological patterns that cause distress, pursue the life you want to lead, and learn evidence-based skills to lighten the load of difficult situations or emotional struggles. With the right support, I believe that people have great potential to get themselves unstuck, work towards a balanced and meaningful life, and reduce their suffering.

I am experienced in working with a range of mental health difficulties and in helping people navigate life’s challenges. I also have special interests in adjustment to physical health and pain conditions, childhood emotional trauma, and mental wellbeing for medical professionals.

I initially trained in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), with my current way of working based in CBT and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). To meet the unique needs of each client, I also utilise principles of other treatment modalities when needed. This includes Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotion-Focused Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), and neurobiological understandings of the trauma response.

Please contact me directly by email, to see if I might be a good fit to help.I am not currently taking ACC referrals.
