Counselling/Therapy Services

People may consider therapy for a variety of reasons – to make sense of past and current experiences; to explore and understand thoughts and feelings; to develop effective coping strategies for current challenges; to improve relationships and interact with others more effectively; to identify what is important and discover new possibilities.

To support you on your journey, I provide person-centred psychological therapy with a warm, collaborative and non-judgemental approach.

I am trained in a number of evidence-based therapies including:

  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
  • Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)
  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)
  • Schema Therapy
  • Family and Systemic Therapy
