Do you feel mentally and emotionally stuck? trapped? lost? numbed? out of control? exhausted?
You are in the process of becoming. Yes, it might all seem hard right now. The challenge seems insurmountable, the struggle seems endless, and the pain seems unbearable. It may feel like you’re breaking down or breaking apart. However, as difficult as it may seem, it is a necessary step before you can break free and break through.
I will be your guide. Together, let us get to know and understand the inner workings of your mind and body. Let us get in touch with your true self to unlock the wisdom, strength, and courage that is already in you. And, let us begin to discover the life that you want to have, the relationships that you want to build, and the person that you want to become in the face of life’s challenges, struggles, and pain.
Let me show you how. I have been a practicing psychologist for over 10 years and have mainly dealt with adult clients with a wide array of clinical and non-clinical issues. I can confidently walk you through the tried and tested psychological tools, techniques, and strategies to help you get to the other side.

Some feedback from EAP clients:
"I am beyond grateful to have been assisted by Diane for three sessions. She's brilliant, calm, and concise with the things she wanted me to focus on. Even before we get to the end of the first session, I already knew that I am on the path to healing and feeling better. I will never forget how she helped me understand, accept, heal, and move forward with a different perspective. I have recommended her to my close friend because she's that amazing. I can't thank her enough."
"My counsellor was extremely helpful and I am so lucky to have met her at one of the darkest points in my life. She gave me all the necessary tools and support for me to pull myself out of it and thrive again. I have nothing but good words to say about her and already recommended her to my friends and colleagues that are facing challenges."
"My counsellor, Diane, was very sympathetic to my situation. She always supported my opinions and gave me some life advice whenever possible. She never judged me and was very thoughtful about what she was saying. In particular, she guided me in the right direction when I was a bit lost and overwhelmed with situations. I was looking forward to my sessions with her. Please pass my personal thank you to Diane who helped me a lot to be mentally strong with my work and my personal life."
