Kia ora I am a registered clinical psychologist providing therapy for adults (aged 20+) in Ōrewa, on Auckland’s Hibiscus Coast.

Counselling/Therapy Services

I provide therapy aimed at supporting people experiencing stressors or challenges, who wish to improve their mental health outlook. Alternatively, the focus may be explorative in nature, designed to help individuals or couples build insight and awareness about themselves.

I work from a genuine and client-centred approach. I strive to create a warm and safe therapy space so you can feel heard and understood while working towards improving your current wellbeing.

The therapeutic models I rely on in my work have a solid evidence base for bringing about positive outcomes.

Q Qualifications

- Bachelor of Arts, Majoring in Psychology (University of Auckland)
- Bachelor of Arts (Honours) First Class Honours in Psychology (Massey University)
- Doctorate of Clinical Psychology (University of Auckland)

Q Appointments

Please note: I offer sessions between the hours of 8am and 3pm on Monday-Thursday. I offer either weekly or fortnightly sessions.

Q Fees

- Sessions run for 50 minutes.
- The cost per session is $180 (all-inclusive).

-Please give at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel a session, otherwise a 50% cancellation fee will be charged

-The fee for professional supervision is $180 per hour (all inclusive)

Q Payment Options

- The fee is payable by cash or direct bank transfer at the time of the session.
- Alternatively, an invoice (with the option of credit/debit card payment) can be issued to be settled within three days.
