You might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or trying to make sense of something that isn’t working in your life right now.
I offer a space where you can talk openly, without pressure or judgment, and begin to understand what’s going on — and what might need to change.
I work with adults who are going through difficult moments, feeling uncertain, or struggling to find direction.
I also support couples who are experiencing tension, disconnection, or communication challenges, and want to find a better way of relating to each other.
My approach is collaborative and practical — not just talking things through, but helping you make sense of your situation and find ways forward that actually fit your life.
I offer online and in-person counselling for people who are feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or going through a difficult period in their lives.
Whether you prefer the flexibility of online sessions or the connection of meeting face-to-face, we can work in a way that feels comfortable and accessible for you.
I currently offer in-person sessions in Waiheke Island and Auckland CBD.
I aim to create a space where you can speak openly about what’s really going on — even the parts that feel uncomfortable, confusing, or hard to put into words.
My approach is warm, grounded, and non-judgmental, but also practical. I’m interested not only in understanding your experience, but in helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and realistic for you.
Sessions are 60 minutes, giving us the space to slow things down and focus on what’s really going on for you.
I’m not just interested in talking things through — I also want to help you make sense of your situation and find practical ways forward that feel realistic and aligned with who you are.
I use a blend of therapeutic approaches to ensure that our work together is holistic and effective. These modalities include:
Person-Centred Therapy: At the heart of my practice, this approach emphasizes empathy, unconditional positive regard, and genuine presence. It creates a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings at your own pace.
Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT): This approach helps you accept your emotions and thoughts without judgment while learning to take committed action toward your values and goals.
Motivational Interviewing: A collaborative, client-centered approach that helps you explore and resolve ambivalence, ultimately inspiring positive behavioral change.
Brain Coaching Techniques: As a certified Brain Coach (Brain Academy), I integrate neuroscience-informed strategies to support the way your mind learns, adapts, and manages stress. These techniques help strengthen cognitive functioning, improve attention and emotional regulation, and build practical tools for resilience in everyday life. Together, we focus on developing helpful habits, overcoming limiting beliefs, and boosting your brain’s natural capacity to change through neuroplasticity.
Bioneuroemotion: We’ll explore the mind-body connection to identify emotional and physical blockages, helping you to release and transform limiting patterns.
Each session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that the approach we use is the best fit for your journey.
I offer flexible appointment times, including evenings, to make it easier to fit sessions into your week.
Whether you’re balancing work, relationships, or other responsibilities, we’ll find a time that feels manageable and sustainable for you.
Reaching out can be the hardest step — but you don’t have to have everything figured out before you do.
If you feel ready, you can send me an email and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible so we can take it from there.
What you share in our sessions stays confidential.
My aim is to create a space where you can speak openly, knowing that what you bring will be treated with care, respect, and professionalism.
If you feel ready to do something about what’s going on in your life, you’re welcome to reach out.
We can start by understanding your situation and finding a way forward that feels clear, manageable, and true to you.
Let’s begin this journey together.
