HEART Collective is expanding and we’re looking for a registered Counsellor or Clinical Psychologist to join us as a permanent employee delivering support under the ACC Sensitive Claims Service.

About You:

• NZAC or equivalent registered counsellor
• ACC SCS approved counsellor
• Experienced with ACC Sensitive Claims (2+ years preferred)
• Confident in working with trauma, including sexual abuse and complex presentations
• Committed to ethical practice and collaborative care
• Skilled in report writing, record-keeping, and meeting deadlines
• Competent with Microsoft Word, email
• A team player who values communication, reflection, and continuous growth

• Pro-rata salary $75,000-103,000
