You Are Not Alone. Journey Together to Hope Again.
In counselling, you will be listened to with care and supported in exploring the difficulties or concerns you are facing. You will be encouraged to make changes that support your healing and well-being.
My counselling services aim to support people through life’s challenges in a holistic way, helping to foster hope and build resilience through a strong therapeutic relationship. Clients often describe me as someone who is easy to talk to – a warm and empathetic listener with objective perspectives. They frequently experience me as gentle, compassionate, and supportive.
I have experience counselling adults who are navigating various life challenges, including anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress, migration-related issues, and trauma. I have worked as a counsellor at the Grief Centre, supporting clients who are coping with loss and grief, as well as with clients through ACC Sensitive Claims services.
