I aim to provide a compassionate, safe and non-judgmental space for you to learn more about yourself.

I have over 10 years of experience in a variety of industries including clinical psychology and supporting people affected by loss and trauma. My passion is empowering people to overcome the obstacles they face in order to thrive.

Q Appointments

- Fridays 9am to 3pm in Orewa
- Mondays 9am to 3pm, Tuesdays 9am to 3pm, and Saturdays 12pm to 4pm in Warkworth
- Sessions can also be held online between these hours

Q Fees

- $190 for an initial session (60 minutes long)
- After the first session, sessions are $170 (50 minutes long).
- Payment is required via bank deposit within 7 days of the session. You will receive an invoice via email following your session.
