Taking the step to seek support shows incredible courage, and I want you to know that whatever you’re facing, you don’t have to navigate it alone. My passion for counselling comes from a deep desire to spark hope and help people discover new ways to move forward, no matter what challenges they’re experiencing.
With 10 years of experience working with youth and families, I specialize in helping clients overcome barriers and process trauma and complex trauma. Together, we can work on building your self-esteem, strengthening your sense of identity, and restoring joy and fulfillment in your life. My goal is to help you feel more empowered in your ability to live life on your own terms.

My role is to walk alongside you with warmth, openness, and without judgment as we explore your experiences together. I believe every person deserves to be acknowledged for their efforts in facing challenges and their unique journey. Creating a safe space where you feel comfortable sharing your experiences is fundamental to how I work.
